A refreshing watermelon sorbet that captures the essence of summer with its sweet watermelon and tangy lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Combine sugar, lime juice, and salt, then blend again.
  3. Freeze the mixture in a shallow dish for 2 hours.
  4. Break up ice crystals with a fork and return to freezer for another 2 hours.
  5. Serve after letting it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe watermelon. Garnish with mint leaves or lime syrup for extra flair.
