A refreshing salad that combines the sweetness of watermelon with creamy feta, perfect for summer picnics or barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by combining the watermelon cubes in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the watermelon.
  3. Add the thinly sliced red onion.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped fresh mint leaves.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar evenly over the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle in salt and pepper according to your taste.
  7. Gently toss all the ingredients together to combine and serve chilled.

Notes
