  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Sautéing the Turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to packet instructions.
  2. Preparing the Salad Base: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado, and shredded cheese. Mix these colorful veggies and beans.
