Delicious and juicy turkey burger sliders, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl: ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the sliders on slider buns with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze uncooked patties for up to 3 months.
