  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer the frozen tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve warm.
