Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries, removing the green tops and any blemishes.
  2. Make the yogurt mixture: In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  3. Coat the strawberries: Dip each strawberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet: Place the coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they do not touch.
  5. Add a crunch (optional): Sprinkle granola on top of the yogurt-covered strawberries if desired.
  6. Freeze: Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until firm.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Serve these delicious Strawberry Yogurt Clusters cold.

Notes

Make sure the strawberries are thoroughly dried after washing to help the yogurt stick better. Experiment with flavored yogurt for different taste profiles. For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
