Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a ladle of batter, swirling to spread evenly.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
