Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Spinach
- Marinara sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the stuffed shells.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
