A light and fresh dish featuring tender salmon fillets and crisp-tender asparagus, elevated with garlic and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets and trimmed asparagus on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over both the salmon and asparagus.
  4. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Lay the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh dill if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

Can substitute asparagus with green beans or broccoli. Marinating salmon for 30 minutes can enhance flavor.
