A colorful, cheesy tray of Sheet Pan Nachos perfect for gatherings, loaded with customizable toppings.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • Cooked ground beef or chicken
  • Black beans
  • Jalapeños
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a generous layer of tortilla chips on a sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef or chicken, black beans, and shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
  4. Slice up your jalapeños and scatter them on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Add your favorite toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
