  • Filling of your choice (e.g., spinach, mushrooms, cheese, ham)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting to coat the surface evenly.
  4. Cook until edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side briefly.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Fill crepes with desired filling, fold, and serve warm.

Notes

Your leftover crepes will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you decide to freeze, be sure to separate with parchment paper.
