A simple and delicious roasted garlic cauliflower dish that evokes nostalgia and comfort.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl.
  3. Mix minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a smaller bowl.
  4. Pour the garlic-oil mixture over the florets and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through for even browning.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a crunchy top, sprinkle breadcrumbs during the last 10 minutes of roasting. You can substitute fresh garlic with garlic powder if short on time.
