  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the pork shoulder generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a roasting pan and add the diced onion and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork, coating it thoroughly.
  5. Cover the pan tightly with foil and cook in the oven for 4-6 hours.
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Shred the pork apart in the pan using two forks, mixing it with the sauce.
  8. Serve the pulled pork on slider buns, adding pickles if desired.
