Ingredients

  • Mini hot dogs
  • Puff pastry
  • Mustard or ketchup (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, and cut it into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Wrap each mini hot dog with a strip of puff pastry, ensuring it’s well covered.
  4. Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
  6. Let them cool slightly before serving with mustard or ketchup.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
