Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers, minced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
