A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this pizza combines tender steak, sautéed peppers, and gooey provolone cheese on a crisp pizza crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked steak, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Sauté the onions and bell peppers in olive oil until soft.
  4. Add the sliced steak to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the steak and vegetable mixture over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top.
  7. Pop the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
