Instructions
Blend the Oreo Base: In a blender, combine 6–8 Oreo cookies, 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup of milk, and an optional 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip 1/2 cup of heavy cream with 1 tbsp of powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Pour and Top: Pour the milkshake into glasses, and top with the freshly whipped cream.
