A light and creamy No Bake Cheesecake that’s easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, stirring until crumbly. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Compose the Cheesecake: Pour cheesecake filling into prepared crust, spreading evenly.
  5. Chill Out: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Final Touches: Before serving, top your cheesecake with delicious toppings of choice.
