- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating the cream cheese until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Sweeten the whipped cream by gradually adding the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Combine the whipped cream mixture gently into the cream cheese until well mixed.
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Firmly press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Add the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
