  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. After draining, rinse under cold water.
