Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl: ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Form the mixture into patties of equal thickness.
  3. Sauté the patties in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  4. Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet until lightly golden, if desired.
  5. Assemble the burgers with patties on the buns, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings.
