A vibrant and hearty salad combining succulent steak with fresh veggies and feta, drizzled with a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Steak (sirloin or flank)
  • Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Red onion
  • Feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-sear the steak. Heat your grill or heavy pan over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.
  2. Prepare the salad base. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chopped cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
  3. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
  4. Assemble the salad by layering the sliced steak on top of the salad base.
  5. Add crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
