  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup olives, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain it and let it cool down.
