A fresh and vibrant chicken salad with a creamy yogurt dressing, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Mixed greens for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced chicken, chopped celery, halved grapes, and sliced almonds in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the plain Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in another bowl to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the creamy dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently.

Notes
