A vibrant salad combining broccoli, nuts, and a creamy dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the broccoli florets, diced red onion, nuts (either walnuts or almonds), and your choice of raisins or dried cranberries in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well until all ingredients are coated.
  4. Let the salad sit for about 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Notes
