Delicious homemade Ham and Cheese Croissants filled with savory ham and Swiss cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • Croissant dough
  • Deli ham
  • Swiss cheese
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to croissant dough package instructions, usually around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each triangle.
  4. Add a little mustard on top of the ham if desired.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, forming a croissant shape.
  6. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the croissants with beaten egg for a golden color.
  8. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper if desired.
