Deliciously creamy Guacamole Deviled Eggs that combine classic flavors with a festive twist, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot for about 10-12 minutes. Cool them in cold water, peel, and slice them in half.
  2. Prepare the avocado mixture by mashing the ripe avocado with lime juice, diced red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the yolks from the egg halves into the avocado mixture until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the guacamole mixture.
  5. Garnish with diced tomatoes if you desire.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add hot sauce or jalapeños. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
