  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is cooked through; drain excess fat.
  2. Combine the Creamy Ingredients: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Mix in the Sour Cream: Add the sour cream and mix well, heating until warmed through; do not boil.
  4. Cook the Egg Noodles: Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Final Assembly: Serve the beef stroganoff over the egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
