Delicious grilled salmon tacos topped with avocado, cabbage, and cilantro, perfect for a warm evening.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on the hot grill and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces with a fork.
  7. Assemble the tacos by adding flaked salmon, avocado, cabbage, and cilantro to the tortillas.
  8. Squeeze lime juice over the tacos before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers separately for best quality; consume salmon within 2 days. Experiment with different toppings.
