Grilled Salmon Burgers

Juicy and flavorful grilled salmon burgers that are perfect for summer cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce and other toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill.
  2. Process the salmon in a food processor until finely chopped.
  3. Combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, diced red onion, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Form the mixture into patties about 3/4 inch thick.
  5. Grill the patties on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve on toasted burger buns with lettuce and toppings of choice.

Notes

Ensure your grill is preheated to prevent sticking. Don’t overwork the salmon mixture to keep burgers tender.
