Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and rosemary (or thyme) in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin, covering every inch.
  4. Grill the tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Rest the tenderloin for 5 minutes before slicing.
