  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the Flavorful Marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Add chicken breasts and pineapple chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Let It Marinate: Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
