A flavorful grilled chicken dish marinated in a honey and Dijon mustard sauce, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Can be paired with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables.
