Delicious and healthy grilled cauliflower steaks infused with smoky flavors and spices, perfect for any barbecue.

  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and carefully trim the stem, making sure not to cut through the core.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  4. Whisk together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  5. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture.
  6. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until tender.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the brushed steaks for about 30 minutes before grilling. Experiment with various spices like cumin or cayenne for a twist.
