A simple yet flavorful grilled chicken recipe marinated in balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic, perfect for summer cookouts.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken in a resealable bag with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Prepare the chicken by removing it from the marinade and discarding the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight and ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
