A refreshing fruit salsa paired with crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced fruit, lime juice, and honey in a medium bowl; stir gently to combine.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  4. Brush each tortilla lightly with water and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  7. Serve the fruit salsa with the cinnamon chips.

Notes

Store leftover fruit salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Cinnamon chips are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored at room temperature in a sealed bag.
