A delicious grilled salmon recipe featuring a sweet and spicy marinade with soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the dish with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill or bake the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
