Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coating mixture: In a bowl, combine the flour, corn starch, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken: Toss the diced chicken in the flour mixture until well-coated.
  3. Heat the oil: Pour the vegetable oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the chicken: Carefully add the coated chicken to the hot oil and fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Whisk the sauce together: In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic.
