A quick and flavorful dish that captures all the iconic flavors of traditional egg rolls without the hassle of frying.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook until wilted.
  4. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Leftovers store well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
