  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Add the veggies and cheese to the mixture.
  4. Grease the muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
