- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed bread (preferably stale)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Combine the cubed bread and cooked sausage with the egg mixture.
- Mix in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
