A warm, hearty casserole made with flaky croissants, savory ham, and oozing cheese – perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch.

  • 4 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Arrange the torn croissants evenly in the greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the diced ham, bell pepper, and shredded cheese over the croissants.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and toppings.
  6. Pop the casserole into the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Once baked, let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing.
