Transform canned chickpeas into a crunchy, flavorful snack using an air fryer in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: additional spices (cumin, chili powder, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and any additional spices you like.
  4. Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Let them cool slightly before serving.
