2 cups cooked pasta
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup pesto sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto sauce, heavy cream, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well coated.
Carefully transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, making sure it’s evenly spread.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
