Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the cottage cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
