- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

- Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.

- Return salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
