  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and gently stir to combine.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Drizzle with the icing and serve warm.
