A delightful twist on classic cinnamon rolls baked into a casserole, perfect for brunch or holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish generously.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the greased baking dish.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well blended.
  5. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Mix powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk to create icing, and drizzle over the casserole before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk.
