Ingredients
- Feta cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Phyllo pastry
- Olive oil
- Honey
- Chili flakes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as parsley or dill)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together feta cheese, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs in a bowl.
- Take a sheet of phyllo pastry and brush it generously with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo pastry sheet and roll it up tightly.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with more olive oil.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Warm up the honey and mix in chili flakes for the drizzle.
- Serve the rolls warm, drizzled with the spicy-sweet chili honey.
