  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the flavorful marinade by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken strips in the marinade, covering them well and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, spacing them evenly.
  5. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Customize marinade with additional spices or herbs as desired.
